North Country Affordable Housing's
Homeownership Counseling
begins with the initial interview with an applicant
reviewing the household's income, expenses
and ability to afford a mortgage.

Additional training, in group sessions, follows in either one
6-8 hour session, or over a
4 week period with shorter time segments. A small fee is charged for the training materials.

Other courses on aspects of home maintenance and other relevant topics will be available after you have purchased a home.
