Does your income meet the requirements? Your gross annual household income, for all
persons in the household, must fall within the following guidelines based

For purposes of determining income, we will use
last years tax return and/or other appropriate documentation. We will
then verify that your current income has not changed substantially to
qualify you for the program. If you think you qualify, based on your
current income, regardless of last years tax return, we urge you to
submit an application. If your income exceeds the guidelines for your
household size by less than $500, we urge you to apply and let us help you
determine your eligibility.
